Core Responsibilities
- Deal Sourcing: Identify and screen new investment opportunities across multiple target markets.
- Broker Relations: Build and maintain high-volume networks with regional/national brokers.
- Advanced Modeling: Construct Excel models to evaluate asset viability.
- Executive Reporting: Present data-driven "buy/no-buy" recommendations directly to the executive team.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into market trends, cap rates, and comps to validate assumptions.
Experience: 3–5 years in private equity real estate, investment banking, or high-volume brokerage.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level Excel proficiency; Argus Enterprise experience preferred.
- Market Exposure: Proven ability to build rapport with brokers across diverse geographic markets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
Base Salary: $110,000 – $145,000 (Based on experience)
- Annual Bonus: 30% – 50% target (Discretionary based on performance and deal volume)
