Current OpportunitiesRetail Sales Performance Representative (Sales-Driven Role)
Compensation: $14.00–$17.00 per hour plus commission opportunities

Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage every customer.
- Demonstrate products confidently.
- Recommend complementary products and attachments.
- Build customer confidence through product knowledge.
- Meet daily sales and customer service expectations.
- Operate POS systems accurately.
- Maintain merchandising standards.
- Support inventory and store presentation.

Assistant Manager
Compensation: $17.00–$19.00 per hour
Assistant Managers work alongside the Store Manager to lead the sales team while maintaining excellent customer experiences and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Coach Sales Performance Representatives
- Lead by example on the sales floor
- Assist with scheduling and daily operations
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs
- Train and develop team members
- Maintain merchandising standards
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Help build a positive, performance-driven culture
Ideal candidates have:
- Previous retail leadership experience preferred
- Strong coaching ability

Store Manager – Sales & Culture Leader
Compensation: $38,000–$52,000 annually (based on experience and approval)
Store Managers are responsible for leading the overall success of the business by developing people, driving sales performance, maintaining operational excellence, and creating an engaging customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead all store operations
- Develop and coach Assistant Managers and Sales Performance Representatives
- Drive sales growth and KPI performance
- Recruit, hire, and develop talent
- Manage scheduling and staffing
- Maintain company standards and compliance
- Build a high-performance sales culture
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences

- Retail management experience
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Sales management experience
