We're looking for an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee approximately 7-10 active reconstruction projects totaling roughly $1.2 million annually.
You'll have the autonomy to lead projects from start to finish while working with a company that values accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Own
- Manage 7-10 residential reconstruction projects simultaneously
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, schedules, and materials
- Maintain budgets, job costs, purchase orders, and change orders
- Conduct jobsite quality inspections
- Communicate with homeowners throughout every phase of construction
- Solve problems before they become customer issues
- Deliver projects on schedule while protecting profitability
- Work closely with estimating, administration, and leadership
- Take complete ownership of your projects from kickoff through final completion

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of residential construction project management experience
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple active projects
- Strong customer communication skills
- Budget and schedule management experience
- Ability to read construction plans and scopes
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
Restoration experience is a plus, but not required. If you've successfully managed residential construction or remodeling projects, we'll teach you the restoration side of the business.
