About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations & Customer Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers, and helping ensure daily operations run smoothly.
The ideal candidate is a strong critical thinker who can prioritize tasks, communicate effectively with customers and team members, and take ownership of projects from start to finish. This position plays a key role in supporting sales, logistics, customer service, and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Order & Operations Management
- Enter and process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Print and organize daily order pick sheets for warehouse fulfillment
- Create shipping labels and coordinate outbound shipments
- Prepare invoices and supporting documentation for deliveries
- Monitor order status and proactively identify potential issues or delays
- Work closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Customer Service & Communication
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries
- Communicate order updates, shipment information, and delivery changes
- Respond to customer emails and assist with order-related questions
- Help maintain strong relationships with restaurant, retail, and wholesale customers
- Resolve issues professionally and efficiently while providing exceptional customer support
Marketing & Sales Support
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer outreach
- Help maintain customer contact lists and promotional materials
- Support special events, product launches, and other marketing initiatives
- Assist the sales team with customer follow-up and account support
Qualifications
Required
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive, professional attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Preferred
- Experience in food service, wholesale distribution, logistics, or customer service
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with shipping and fulfillment processes
- Marketing or email campaign experience
- Ability to communicate in Italian is a plus
