Furniture Upholsterer / Cushion & Furniture Repair Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Furniture Upholsterer to join our team. The right person will have experience with upholstery work, sewing, cushion covers, foam, fabric cutting, and furniture repairs. This position will focus on creating high-quality finished furniture pieces and helping bring custom designs to life.
Responsibilities:
- Sew and assemble custom cushion covers for sofas, sectionals, and chairs
- Cut and install upholstery fabric with clean, professional finishes
- Repair and rebuild furniture cushions and frames when needed
- Work with foam, batting, fabric, zippers, and upholstery materials
- Measure and follow furniture patterns and specifications
- Ensure quality control and attention to detail on every piece
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous furniture upholstery experience preferred
- Strong sewing skills (industrial sewing machine experience is a plus)
- Experience working with couches, cushions, and custom furniture
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Reliable and dependable
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
