Customer Service Associate
Job Description
- Answers telephones in a timely fashion and assists or routes callers as appropriate.
- Communicates with customers and receives orders by telephone and email.
- Completes documentation needed for export orders.
- Performs proofs of deliveries.
- Researches and resolves shipping errors, pricing/product discrepancies.
- Directs non-qualified customer to wholesaler/distributors or buying groups.
- Provides customer service support.
- Offers suggestions for improvement.
- Ability to communicate in verbal or written form.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or phone support center.
- Must be able to handle stressful/pressure situations in a professional matter.
- Ability to work well with others and promote team work.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good phone skills.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer skills.

Mon - Fri 7:00AM – 5:00PM
