Job Summary
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Engraver to join our team. This position requires precision, patience, and a willingness to learn specialized engraving and watch-handling techniques. Duties
- Operate engraving equipment to produce detailed designs on diverse surfaces, including fabric, metal, glass, and plastic
- Perform engraving and precision tasks with accuracy and care
- Open and handle watches carefully to avoid damage
- Follow detailed instructions and quality standards
- Use computer systems and equipment related to engraving operations
- Interpret digital design files created in softwares
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring all engravings meet specified standards and client expectations
- Keep detailed records of production runs, materials used, and maintenance activities for workflow efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met
Requirements
- Proven experience with digital design tools
- Hand agility
- Familiarity with engraving machinery
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate them into engraved artwork using CAD or Sketch tools
- Ability to perform delicate and precise work
- No long fingernails (required for precision handling of watches and small components)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay: $15.00 per hour
