Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong experience in aircraft powerplant / propulsion systems engineering
- Knowledge of engine installation, nacelle systems, and propulsion integration
- Familiar with engine systems (fuel, oil, bleed air, FADEC interfaces)
- Experience in system integration, design, and certification processes
- Understanding of aircraft-level system development lifecycle (requirements design testing certification)
- Knowledge of FAA/EASA Part 25 certification requirements for propulsion systems
- Experience in supplier coordination (engine OEMs, nacelle suppliers)
- Ability to analyze engine performance, interfaces, and installation constraints
- Experience in ground and flight test support for propulsion systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support design, development, and integration of aircraft powerplant systems
- Define and manage propulsion system requirements, architecture, and interfaces
- Coordinate with engine OEMs and suppliers for system development and integration
- Support engine installation design, nacelle integration, and system routing
- Participate in ground and flight testing of propulsion systems
- Analyse and resolve system integration and performance issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting of propulsion-related issues
- Ensure compliance with FAA/EASA certification requirements (Part 25)
- Review and validate test procedures, qualification reports, and technical documentation
- Support engineering change management (ECR/ECO/RFC)
- Collaborate with Fuel Systems, Structures, Systems Installation, and Flight Test teams
- Prepare technical reports, certification documents, and engineering analyses.

Base Salary Range : $120,000 to $140,000 Per Annum
