We are looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team and help us grow throughout the Shreveport-Bossier area.
Position Overview
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be responsible for connecting with homeowners, identifying their exterior cleaning needs, and scheduling services or estimates.
This is a commission-based sales role with unlimited earning potential. The harder you work, the more you earn.
Responsibilities
- Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods
- Speak with homeowners and introduce our services
- Generate leads and schedule estimates
- Build relationships with potential customers
- Follow up with interested homeowners
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude
Qualifications
- Comfortable talking with new people
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Willingness to learn sales techniques
- Reliable transportation required
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
Compensation
- Commission-based pay
- Earn a percentage of every sale you generate

Example earnings:
- Part-time reps: $1,000–$2,000/month potential
