Job Summary:
- Participates in a patient-focused team approach of providing direct and collaborative health care in a variety of clinical settings designed to promote and restore optimal health across the life span.
- Performs a variety of technical, para-professional, rehabilitative or therapeutic procedures and activities relating to patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures. Works under the supervision of the RN.
Job Requirements
- Patient Care Technician Certification from National Health Career Association - N.H.A. is required.
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
- American Heart Association Certification in Basic Life Support (BCLS)
- Minimum of one year experience as Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
