We have an exciting opportunity to join Catholic Partnership Schools’ family engagement team! If you like working with
elementary and middle school-aged students and know your way around program planning and implementation, this is
the opportunity for you!
Must haves and preferences:
• Bachelor's degree required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Three or more years’ experience working with elementary/middle school-aged children, especially in afterschool/
extracurricular programs, strongly preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
General Job Responsibilities (a full job description will be provided):
- Oversee all aspects of Catholic Partnership Schools’ after school clubs: aviation, boat building, choir,
instrumental music, and STEM, and create new programs to beneNit students and families across all Partnership
schools.
- Serve as the CPS Athletic Director- forming teams, working with coaches, and completing all needed
administrative work, such as schedules, rosters, and facilities requests.
- Work with principals and school staff, community organizations, and volunteers to implement programs.
- Create and/or assist with family engagement events, such as movie nights, trunk or treat, etc.

• Super well-organized. You can juggle many projects at once and still maintain great attention to all the small details
(and a good sense of humor).
- Creative. You have the ability to come up with ideas and themes that are educational and appealing to our students
and their families.
- Energetic. We have four schools. There are days when you will be traveling between all of them running or
overseeing programs and won't see your own desk. If that sounds manageable (even exciting!), then this might be
the right job for you!
- Independent, yet still able to work well with a team. This job requires you to be self-directed and able to work well
and effectively on your own, but still able to collaborate well with others (both in the schools and the community) to
make things run.
- Flexible and ready for anything. We’re a small organization and everyone wears many hats. To be successful, you
must be comfortable with helping with projects and tasks outside of your normal job description.
- Enjoy working with children. We run four pre-K-8th grade schools. This one is a non-negotiable!
Salary: $40,000-42,000, plus beneNits
