Early Learning Community (ELC) is seeking a warm, organized, relationship-centered Family & Program Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This role is much more than a traditional front office position. The Family & Program Operations Coordinator helps support the emotional and operational heartbeat of our school by strengthening family experience, supporting school systems, and helping create a calm, welcoming environment for children, families, and staff.
ELC is a Conscious Discipline-informed early childhood program serving children ages 3–5 and their families through:

Responsibilities Include
- Welcoming and supporting families, children, and visitors
- Managing communication, scheduling, and enrollment support
- Supporting school operations, organization, and documentation systems
- Assisting with licensing, accreditation, and compliance systems
- Coordinating supplies, records, and operational workflows
- Supporting family events, communication, and school culture
- Helping maintain a calm, emotionally safe environment
Qualifications
- Experience in early childhood education, administration, family services, or related fields preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with technology including Google Workspace, Canva, Playground, Seesaw, and social media
- Knowledge of Conscious Discipline or relationship-based practices preferred
Position Details & Benefits
- Full-time, year-round position
- Typical hours: 7:30am–4:30pm with flexibility
- Reports directly to the Executive Director
- $20–$25/hour based on experience
