Job Overview
Sālus Facilities Assurance is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented candidate to join our team. This role is responsible for capturing aerial data of building exteriors and roofs using drone technology, which is then used to generate accurate reports for facility documentation and property insurance purposes.
Duties
- Operate drones to capture high-quality aerial imagery of roofs and building exteriors
- Generate and assist in compiling roof inspection reports based on collected data
- Travel to job sites as needed (reliable transportation required)
- Interact professionally with clients and property representatives on-site
- Ensure all data collected is accurate, complete, and meets company standards
- Maintain and safely operate drone equipment in compliance with regulations
- Communicate with internal team members regarding project status and data collection
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- FAA Part 107 certification required
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours based on project needs
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow technical processes
