New Leaf Wellness – Consultant Position Position Objective The primary objective of this role is to guide prospective patients (“Leads”) through their wellness journey by educating them on New Leaf Wellness services, answering questions, and helping them identify appropriate evaluation programs based on their symptoms and goals. Key Responsibilities Conduct consultations with Leads who have expressed interest in New Leaf Wellness services (via marketing, referrals, or outreach). Review initial intake paperwork and understand each Lead’s concerns, symptoms, and goals. Answer questions and provide clear, professional guidance on available programs and evaluations. Recommend appropriate evaluation pathways based on similar patient outcomes and clinic experience. Walk patients through: o Program options and expectations o Evaluation process o Financial structure and payment options (if they choose to move forward after provider consultation) Facilitate next steps, including: o Securing patient agreements and signatures o Collecting payments when applicable o Scheduling evaluations and follow-ups Maintain consistent follow-up: o With Leads who have not yet scheduled evaluations o With patients currently in programs to assess progress and identify opportunities for improvement o With past consults who did not move forward Perform consultation confirmations prior to scheduled appointments. Track all activity, communication, and pipeline status within the CRM system. Utilize QuickBooks (QBs) for payment tracking and financial-related tasks. Report sales and activity metrics to management daily. Act as a liaison between patients, providers, and management: o Communicate any “red flag” patient concerns o Ensure smooth handoff to medical providers for evaluations Handle administrative and financial tasks: o Manage refund requests, cancellation and financial adjustments with Center Manager o Assist with renewals when needed o Help create and revise patient-facing documents and agreements
- Leverage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) profiles to actively attract, inform, and engage prospective patients. Support clinic growth by maintaining and updating Google Business (photos, posts, engagement & reviews) and contributing to local marketing visibility. Utilize KEAP (IFS) to proactively manage and nurture warm leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and profession of leads through the patient pipeline. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications Strong sales and consultative communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport Ability to listen, assess needs, and recommend appropriate solutions High level of organization and follow-through Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Experience with CRM systems and QuickBooks preferred Proficiency in general computer applications
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
