What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise the cleaning staff nightly
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to company standards
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and maintain building floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, fixtures, mirrors, vents, and partitions
- Remove trash and replace liners throughout the facility
- Clean windows, glass, and other surfaces
- Monitor the property for spills, debris, and cleanliness concerns
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous management or supervisory janitorial/housekeeping with chemicals experience required, at least 1 year.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, lift, climb, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
