Responsibilities:
· Meet with contractors as necessary for various projects, follow through with projects and complete in a timely fashion or as indicated by the COO when needed and report to Manager.
· Calculate material if needed on the job in advance to minimize down time and cost.
· Waxing and buffing the floor.
· Perform Semi-annual fire pump inspections.
· Respond/Close/Complete manager requests, maintenance work order requests, order system in a timely and professional manner.
· Daily visual inspection of any deficiencies to Resident/Programs.
· Daily visually inspects all correct any deficiencies if possible. Inform the Supervisor of any problems or corrective actions taken.
· Daily check for work order and update daily.
· Painting and updated resident room, school and programs at the Agency.
· Repairing or replacing Appliances, Air Condition unit, etc. at the resident room, school and programs at the Agency.
· Help set-up new program or classroom, if necessary, which include moving furniture, installing and putting furniture together, etc.
· Perform various tasks as directed by the Supervisor.-
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Skills:
- Proficient in facilities maintenance tasks
- Solid mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
- Basic electrical skills for diagnosing and fixing electrical issues
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills to interact with employees and vendors
