Responsibilities:

Communicate food and drink orders to the kitchen.
- Keep customers informed about orders, wait time, and their general surroundings.
- Answer customer questions.
- Deliver food and drinks to customers, when necessary.
- Deliver food to all customers at the same time by taking multiple orders at once.
- Make sure empty glasses are available for service.
- Take drink orders from customers.
- Handle customer complaints in a polite and timely manner.
