Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and coordinate outdoor canvassing activities with prospective customers to optimize field team efficiency
- Supervise and support a team of canvassers, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with customers, prospects, and team members via phone, email, and in person to confirm appointments and gather feedback
- Assist in developing marketing strategies for door-to-door campaigns and community outreach efforts
- Conduct telemarketing calls to generate leads, promote services, and schedule follow-up appointments
- Negotiate with potential clients to address questions or concerns, fostering positive relationships that lead to successful engagements
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
- Experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, telemarketing, or fundraising is a plus
- Excellent negotiation skills to handle objections and close appointments confidently
