We are currently hiring Full-Time & Part-Time Guest Service Specialist.
Duties include, but are not limited to:

Checking guests in and out and compiling a report at days end

Preparing audits based on the front office ledger

Assisting guests with purchasing event tickets, buying merchandise, making reservations etc.

Assisting guests, in person or over the phone, with inquiries including but not limited to information regarding events, specific venues etc.
Requirements:

Opera Cloud experience a plus but not necessary.

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum 1 year hotel experience required
-
Customer relations experience, preferably in the Hospitality industry

Strong working knowledge of computer software such as Word, Outlook, and Excel

Numeracy skills

Administrative skills
