Join a growing Executive Coaching and Psychology Practice. We are a New York City-based executive coaching and psychology practice dedicated to helping entrepreneurs, executives, healthcare leaders, professionals and business owners achieve exceptional personal and professional success. We are seeking an experienced Executive Business Coach to join our team as an Independent Contractors (1099). Responsibilities include providing one on one executive and business coaching, improving leadership effectiveness, coaching clients through business growth, organizational change and career transitions. Required qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of executive, leadership business or organizational coaching experience. Required coach certification from a recognized organization (ICF, EMCC, or equivalent), strong understanding of leadership development, organizational behavior, emotional intelligence and business strategy. Ideal candidate is one who is entrepreneurial and motivated to grow their own coaching practice within a collaborative setting. What we offer is referrals, administrative support, flexible schedule, hybrid virtual and in person, professional collaboration, marketing support and opportunities to develop workshops, seminars and corporate training programs. Must have hands on coaching experience to be considered.
Pay: $200.00 - $250.00 per hour
