A busy Med Spa specializing in minimally invasive and non-invasive cosmetic medical treatments including botox, fillers, PRP, weight loss products and services and so much more is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, Full-Time, Med Spa Operations Lead for our new and established clinics in the Houston area. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting clinic growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional patient experiences across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple medical spa and aesthetic clinic locations.
- Assist in the launch and development of new startup clinics, including staffing, workflow implementation, training, and operational readiness.
- Support established locations by improving efficiency, profitability, patient satisfaction, and service quality.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage clinic managers, providers, and support staff.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, revenue goals, and operational metrics.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, HIPAA requirements, and industry best practices.
- Partner with physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical teams to maintain the highest standards of patient care.
- Implement standardized processes and procedures across all locations.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to drive patient acquisition and retention.
- Conduct regular site visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities for growth, operational improvement, and enhanced patient experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of medical spa, aesthetic practice, or multi-site healthcare
- Proven experience managing multiple locations and opening new facilities required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with budgeting, financial management, and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of medical spa services, aesthetics, injectables, wellness treatments, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
- Ability to travel regularly between clinic locations.

2-4 years prior med spa receptionist experience preferred.
2-4 years prior medical receptionist experience is preferre.
Minimal injection skills required.
