Overview
Edson Manufacturing is seeking an Outside Processing Coordinator for managing and overseeing the outsourcing of manufacturing processes or services to external vendors. In this role you will coordinate communication between internal departments and outside suppliers, ensure that quality and delivery standards are met. Handle logistics such as shipping and receiving outsourced materials.
Responsibilities:
· Manage outsourced manufacturing tasks
· Vendor communication
· Coordinate with external vendors
· Track shipping logistics
· Track parts to and from vendor
· Maintain accurate inventory records
· Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
· Work with other team members
· Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
· Warehouse experience
· Strong Excel skills
· Strong Work Ethic

· Multitasker
· Communication skills
· Able to lift 30lbs
· ERP Sage/NetSuite (preferred)
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
