We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to assist borrowers with account questions and provide helpful payment reminders.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from borrowers with general questions and account inquiries
- Provide friendly reminders about upcoming first payments during calls
- Make outbound calls, primarily leaving voicemail reminders offering assistance
- Deliver clear, helpful, and professional communication on every interaction
- Answer questions and guide customers through next steps as needed
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in the system
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Friendly, positive, and helpful phone presence
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Reliable and able to manage a high call volume
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
