Criswell Infiniti of Annapolis seeking a skilled and energetic Nissan/Infiniti Technician to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance on Infiniti vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service by accurately diagnosing issues, executing repairs efficiently, and maintaining the highest standards of mechanical excellence. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using specialized tools and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, brake inspections, and fluid replacements
- Repair and replace faulty components including engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and electrical systems with precision
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete repairs efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Assist in vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all repairs performed
- Communicate clearly with customers / service writer about repair needs, timelines, and maintenance recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience or extensive automotive repair background with a focus on Infiniti or luxury vehicles preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using diagnostic equipment and tools
- Demonstrated ability to perform automotive diagnostics accurately and efficiently
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive service equipment
- Experience in vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire service, alignments, and general repairs
- Service technician experience with a focus on delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks required for vehicle repair and maintenance
- Basic sales skills to recommend additional services or repairs when appropriate
