Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines equipment to produce components according to specifications.
- Set up and adjust machinery using hand tools and measurement instruments to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measurement tools and dimensional measurement techniques to verify product specifications meet standards.
- Assemble parts and components accurately following detailed work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with equipment to minimize downtime.
- Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment, ensuring proper materials handling and storage procedures are followed.
- Follow safety protocols rigorously to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience operating industrial equipment such as CNCs
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments for quality control and dimensional measurements to ensure product accuracy.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations necessary for machine setup, measurements, and quality inspections.
- Familiarity with hand tools, machining techniques, and engineering troubleshooting methods to resolve equipment issues efficiently.
- Warehouse experience including materials handling with forklifts is advantageous for maintaining smooth production flow.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to industrial equipment operation and manufacturing environments.
