Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in flooring installation.
- Transportation: Reliable vehicle (preferably a van) and necessary tools.
- Insurance: Proper insurance coverage.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check with no felony convictions.
- Attitude: Positive, get-it-done mindset with a strong focus on customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install various flooring materials, including carpet, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl.
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit designated areas.
- Remove existing flooring and prepare subfloors for installation.
- Ensure proper alignment and spacing of flooring materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Dispose of debris properly.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday.
- Ability to pass a background check with no felony convictions.
- Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and their installation techniques.
- Previous Experience in Flooring installation a Must
