BrightStar Care of Spanish Fort is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one home health therapy throughout Mobile and the Eastern Shore area.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients’ homes
- Complete evaluations and treatment visits
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Focus on ADLs, home safety, adaptive techniques, and functional independence
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Complete timely documentation
Qualifications
- Active Alabama Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- 1+ year of OT experience preferred
