Job Description:
Title: Transition Specialist
Salary: Current Rate of Pay - Temporary 90 Days
Scope of Position
The Transition Support Team is responsible for training, supporting, and guiding staff across multiple sites to ensure smooth transitions, consistent quality standards, and the successful implementation of organizational practices. The role requires frequent travel to various locations to support field teams in real time.
Essential Functions
- Provide hands-on training and leadership to all staff within the assigned field, especially during periods of organizational transition or new project launches
- Travel regularly to different program sites to support teams, assess processes, and deliver on-site coaching and improvement plans
- Ensure all policies encourage client engagement, effective resource use, and staff development
- Continuously support quality improvement efforts across all operational programs
- Monitor and ensure accountability in meeting client needs, including satisfaction, participation, job placement, and job retention
- Collaborate with Supervisors and Managers to strategize ways to boost performance metrics such as client engagement and outcomes
- Provide support during the opening of new offices or launch of new initiatives, ensuring consistency and high-quality implementation
- Conduct follow-up assessments to ensure improvements are sustained after initial visits
- Host bi-weekly meetings with staff and supervisors to track progress and provide support
- Align work with the vision and initiatives of the Regional Directors of Operations and the National Directors

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1–3 years workforce development experience, WIOA ADW and Youth knowledge preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able and willing to travel frequently and stay for an extended period of time in a location
