Responsibilities
· Provide short-term counseling and emotional support to individuals and families.
· Facilitate support groups focused on grief, illness, caregiving, and life transitions.
· Lead educational workshops promoting emotional wellness and caregiver support.
· Connect participants with community resources and appropriate referrals.
· Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
· Assist with community outreach and engagement initiatives.
· Collaborate with colleagues to support program operations and deliver high-quality services.
Qualifications
· Master of Social Work (MSW) required.
· Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) required.
· LCSWs are welcome to apply.
· Experience supporting individuals and families experiencing grief, illness, caregiving challenges, or other major life transitions preferred.
· Experience facilitating groups through professional or internship experience.
· Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Newly licensed LMSWs are encouraged to apply.
