Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient scheduling and workflow.

Provide high-quality, individualized physical therapy evaluations and treatments.

Mentor, train, and develop staff physical therapists and support personnel.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize clinic productivity and compliance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and the local community.
Qualifications:

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Active state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).

3+ years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

Proven leadership, management, or supervisory experience preferred.
