Wilkinson County Senior Care is an 60-bed Medicaid/Medicare Certified Skilled Nursing Facility. We are located in Centreville, Ms.
We are looking for a qualified nursing supervisor to oversee our residents and manage the nursing team of our facility. This position requires team management skills and a problem-solving attitude.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to protocols.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans based on individual needs.
- Administer medications and treatments, including IV insertion and catheterization.
- Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient tracking.
- Provide guidance and support to team members while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in all nursing practices.
Qualifications
- Valid RN License
- Strong patient care and assessment skills
- Proficiency in catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding
- Experience with EHR systems
- Team management and leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of physiology and critical care practice
- Experience in long-term care and assisted living environments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.50 - $33.50 per hour
