What You'll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to adult ICU patients in a high-acuity environment
- Monitor and manage patients with conditions such as hemorrhagic and hypovolemic shock, sepsis, ARDS, stroke, and intracranial hypertension
- Utilize advanced procedures including external ventricular drain management, ICP monitoring, CRRT, and ventilator management
- Titrate vasopressors, manage tracheostomies, and perform other specialized ICU interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Document all patient care activities accurately using EPIC electronic health records
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
What You Need
- Valid Ohio RN license with current certification in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, preferably in a critical care setting
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to a rotating or night shift schedule
