Position Overview
This position is for a motivated and career-oriented individual with a positive and pleasant demeanor to join our firm and step into an instrumental role supporting our Wealth Management team. Help conduct the smooth operation and planning of a productive and efficient wealth management office.
In this role, you will provide analytical and preparatory support to our advisors, helping ensure clients receive thoughtful, accurate, and timely financial planning. Support the development and execution of client financial plans, working closely with advisors to analyze portfolios, cash flows, and long-term objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, preparing budgeting and forecast reports, and conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis. The analyst will help evaluate investment strategies, assist with tax and estate planning scenarios, and prepare clear presentations and reports for client meetings.
This is an entry-level position on Benzer's Wealth Management career track, offering an excellent opportunity to develop your financial planning skills within a dynamic organization that values precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Client-Facing Support
Areas of assistance to Associate Advisors and the Principal Advisor:
- Gather and maintain client data
- Enter and update client information in WealthBox, eMoney, and Panoramix
- Support client onboarding alongside the Operations team
- Prepare materials for client meetings under direction of senior advisors
Team & Firm Support
Areas of assistance to the Wealth Management team:
- Operate as a dependable teammate, meeting deadlines without close supervision
- Proactively communicate status and capacity to senior advisors
- Understand and support Benzer's mission, service philosophy, and cultural standards
- Integrate into the firm's day-to-day operating rhythm
Growth and Office Support
Areas of assistance to the Principal Advisor:
- Assist with preparing materials for prospect meetings
- Assist with ongoing business development activities
- Maintain thorough documentation of all client interactions and recommendations
- Ensure all activities adhere to fiduciary standards and regulatory requirements
- Utilize firm systems to manage client workflows
- Protect client confidentiality and maintain the highest ethical standards
- Manage client visits, calls, emails, client questions, and correspondence
- Prepare proposals, account opening and maintenance.
- Respond to ad hoc requests, coordinate/track projects
- Manage office and office environment including both physical presentation and professional demeanor.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of personal organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Commitment to working in-office in the Missouri City area

Compensation, Benefits and Other Details
Full Time, on site – Missouri City TX 77459, 90-day probation, benefit specific waiting period
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: Range $48K - $52K
