We are seeking a dynamic and personable Hosts, Food Runners and Bussers to join our hospitality support team at the brand new Ash and Agave in the luxury Cherry Creek Shopping Center. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional guest service in a lively environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage service, strong multitasking skills, and experience with various POS systems including Toast and Open Table. We want to to do everything we can to keep guests coming back again and again, so genuine hospitality must be a key trait.
Responsibilities
- Hosts: Exceptional reception and phone skills
- Take orders accurately and efficiently for carryout guests
- Assist with catering events, banquets, or special functions as needed
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in fast-paced environments, receiving guests at the front door and building relationships. We love a front desk team who builds regulars
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables or bar patrons simultaneously
- Uphold all food industry standards related to food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol service
