We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Montessori lead teacher with a passion for teaching preschool age children, for our 2-3 year old class.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of excellent classroom management capability
- Patience, creativity, and experience with children 2-3 years old
- Able to enforce positive reinforcement and reengagement strategies
- Minimum 2 year Montessori teaching experience
- Minimum 2 years classroom management experience
- Montessori Certificate preferred (AMI/AMS) but not required
- Minimum 12 ECE units
- Immunizations up to date including MMR, TDAP, Flu, TB test, etc
- Must have a genuine love of working with children, strong communication skills, be punctual, reliable and possess a can-do attitude
