Weekend Host / Front Door Lead – The Hayden
The Hayden is looking for a badass host.
We are not looking for someone who just stands at the front door and says, “How many?” We need someone sharp, warm, organized, confident, and genuinely good with people.
Our host sets the tone for the entire restaurant. You are the first impression, the traffic controller, the waitlist manager, the vibe setter, and sometimes the person who keeps the whole floor from melting down on a busy brunch shift.
This is a great position for someone who is naturally friendly, quick on their feet, detail-oriented, and comfortable being the calm, confident person at the front of a busy restaurant.
Schedule
We are mainly looking for weekend availability, with some weekday lunch and dinner shifts available as well.
Weekend availability is required. Saturday and Sunday brunch shifts from 9am-3pm is a must.
What You’ll Do
Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Manage the waitlist and seating flow
Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and guests
Answer phones and basic guest questions
Help keep the front area clean, organized, and polished
Handle busy moments with confidence and a good attitude
Make sure guests feel taken care of before they even sit down
