Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Support & Production Coordinator to join our operations team. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate field activities related to residential projects, ensuring smooth execution, safety compliance, and efficient communication between on-site teams and management.
The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with construction trades and the ability to manage multiple tasks in dynamic settings. We prefer prior construction installation experience of 5 plus years. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to operational excellence within our facility. Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily schedule with Field Technicians
- Plan for upcoming installations to ensure all materials are available when needed.
- Assist with measurements and ordering of various products.
- Support warehouse activities such as inventory management, material handling, and logistics coordination.
- Collaborate with staff to implement process improvements and optimize productivity.
- Provide hands-on support during installation processes using hand tools and mechanical knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and external vendors to facilitate project progress.
Experience
- Prior experience working in the single family construction industry
- Highly detailed oriented to ensure all components, equipment, and people are prepared for the field tasks..
- Hands-on experience with power tools, hand tools, and warehouse procedures.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Pay: $900.00 - $1,100.00 per week
