As a Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our team is fully equipped to provide top-notch care to our residents. We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team!
Responsibilities & Duties:
Assist in the process of hiring and training both new and existing employees
Develop work schedules and allocate employees to different duties and/or shifts
Prepare and submit reports related to employee operations
Manage leave requests from employees and general work time-keeping (scheduling)
Collaborate with the payroll unit to ensure accurate employee settlements
Work closely with recruiting agencies to fill vacancies efficiently
May be asked to help fill shifts as necessary
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Extreme reliability and a strong sense of accountability
CNA license in the state of Indiana
