Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher for our 1 year old class to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves working closely with 1yr old children to support their growth, development, and learning through engaging activities and individualized attention.
Duties
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including those with special educational requirements.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
- Maintain a clean & sanitized classroom at all times
Skills
- Experience working with Infant/Toddler students is essential.
- Provide a loving and nurturing environment for the children
- Proficiency in curriculum development tailored for early childhood education.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff members.
- Ability to implement effective classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior among students.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment ensuring all needs of the toddlers are met

-Willing to obtain mandated reporter training, CPR certification within 90 days of hire (company paid), courses on medication administration, health and safety & maintain 12 clock hours per year.
