Requirements:

Enforce daily operations with recipes and procedures

Account for daily waste

Preparing food orders through the food purveyor

Documenting monthly inventory

Helping create a weekly schedule

Ensuring the kitchen staff stays within their budgeted hours

Open availability and can work weekends

Must have reliable transportation

Participate in a training session with our corporate trainer

Fill in where needed for staffing issues

Must work up to 40 hours a week

Can lift up to 50 pounds when deliveries arrive

Maintain a clean work environment
