International Marine Products is currently hiring two experienced Sales Representatives. One for general customers and one for Chinese customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, seafood knowledge, and able to serve/expand our market share.
Key Duties:
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Develop new business opportunities and acquire new customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Process customer orders and coordinate with operations and logistics teams
- Monitor accounts receivable and assist with collections when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service and identify new sales opportunities
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing customer relationships
- Coordinate internal transactions, make them go smoothly
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience is required
- Bilingual Chinese is a plus
- Experience in seafood industry is a plus
- Strong Communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Able to work in cooler to check products
