Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.

- Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to the medical team.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training programs.
- Support patients emotionally and psychologically through their healthcare journey.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Compassionate demeanor and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Hospice Experience
