Overview
COLOR GREEN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT INC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to support daily logistics, procurement, and inventory management activities. This role focuses on ensuring efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective supply chain operations across multiple functional areas. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and committed to operational excellence and process improvement within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily supply chain operations including procurement, transportation, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow execution
- Monitor inventory levels and support forecasting, demand planning, and replenishment processes
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery performance across the supply chain network
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, shipping documents, and operational reports
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
- Support ERP, WMS, and TMS system updates and ensure data integrity
- Assist with supplier management and performance tracking
- Contribute to sustainability and efficiency improvement initiatives within supply chain operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and logistics procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in supply chain management, logistics, operations coordination, or inventory control preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite
- Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Interest in sustainability practices within supply chain operations is an advantage
