We’re seeking experienced Class A or Class B Auto Mechanics to join our growing team in Nashville, TN. We provide roadside assistance and fleet support services for TDOT (Tennessee Department of Transportation) and take pride in keeping our fleet operating safely and efficiently.
Position Overview
As a Fleet Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of our fleet of Ford F-250 pickup trucks and service vehicles. We are looking for dependable professionals who take pride in quality workmanship and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues

Complete inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety standards

Maintain accurate service and repair records

Troubleshoot and repair vehicle systems as needed

Work efficiently to minimize fleet downtime
Qualifications

Class A or Class B mechanic experience

Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle systems

Must provide your own tools

Electrical and wiring experience is a strong plus

Valid driver's license

Strong work ethic and attention to detail
