Plaza Premium Group is on the lookout for a passionate and high-performing Sales Manager to lead our B2B growth initiatives and elevate our presence in the luxury travel and hospitality sectors. Based at our Southlake Office, this role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach and a strong background in airline, airport lounge partnerships, and/or luxury travel.
As a key member of our commercial sales team, you will drive revenue growth, manage strategic enterprise accounts, and forge partnerships that shape the future of premium travel experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement forward-thinking sales strategies to secure and grow partnerships.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients, exploring new channels and upsell opportunities to maximize value.
- Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design impactful campaigns that boost brand visibility and commercial success.
- Represent Plaza Premium Group at industry events, client meetings, and site visits.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and finance teams to support scalable revenue initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–10 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong track record in B2B airline, airport, or restaurant partnerships and/or joint ventures.
- Proven closer with experience managing the full sales cycle and consistently exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills—comfortable engaging C-suite stakeholders.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with a passion for data-informed decision making.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior success in a high-growth or startup environment is a plus.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture.
