Job Description
Expert Medicaid Consultants is seeking a reliable individual located in Rockland County to assist our Medicaid team with occasional in-person visits to local government agencies and offices.
This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible work and who is comfortable traveling within Rockland County to deliver documents, obtain case updates, and assist with administrative follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and pick up Medicaid-related paperwork
- Visit local government offices when requested
- Obtain updates on pending Medicaid cases
- Confirm receipt of submitted documents
- Communicate findings to our office team
- Complete brief reports following visits
Qualifications
- Must reside in Rockland County
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable using email and smartphones
Compensation
Pay is provided on a per-assignment basis. Assignments are scheduled as needed.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
