Overview:
Adventure Life USA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Print Production Specialist to join our small, fast-moving team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in every part of the process—from printing and cutting to packaging and shipping custom automotive graphics. No prior print experience is required — just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain large-format printers, vinyl cutters, and laminators (training provided).
- Use computer software to set up print files and prepare jobs for production.
- Perform quality checks to ensure each product meets our high standards.
- Package and ship orders with accuracy and care.
- Keep track of material inventory and communicate restock needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate with the design and customer service teams to ensure smooth order flow.
- Learn and adapt to new production processes, equipment, and technologies as we grow.
Qualifications:
- No prior print experience required — training provided.
- Strong motivation to learn and grow in a production-oriented environment.
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new software tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
- Ability to lift materials and work on your feet throughout the day.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule.
- Hourly pay based on experience, with opportunities for raises and growth.
- Potential for benefits after probationary period.
Work Environment:
This is a hands-on position in a small, creative shop where every team member plays an important role. You’ll work directly with the owner and communicate daily with our remote team members. Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
