Key Responsibilities
Define enterprise-wide AV architecture, standards, and design frameworks. Design AV solutions for boardrooms, conference rooms, studios, auditoriums, and collaboration spaces. Develop AVaaS standardization strategies and reference architectures. Integrate AV systems with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, streaming, and workplace platforms. Design digital signage solutions using Appspace and BrightSign. Provide technical leadership during implementation, deployment, and lifecycle upgrades. Collaborate with OEM partners and internal stakeholders to ensure scalable, standardized AV solutions. Drive technology governance, best practices, and enterprise AV standards.
