Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and rental spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items
- Maintain floors through proper care techniques.
- Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
- Replenishing supplies and maintain cleaning equipment
- Support management by reporting maintenance issues promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or short term rental cleaning environments
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care and sanitation practices.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- High standard of professionalism
- Ability to demonstrate quick and efficient cleaning techniques and skills.
- Self driven
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols at all times
