- Demonstrate and supervise practical maintenance tasksfrom inspection to repairwith a relentless focus on safety.

- Mentor students on projects, encouraging critical thinking and innovative solutions.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on, practical industry experience (excludes teaching).
- FAA A&P license strongly valued; if not current, we will pay for you to obtain it.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, empathetic approach that meets learners where they are.
- $38.00 - $41.00 per hour
